1. Log in to your reservation manager page.


2. Click on the reservation you would like to cancel.

3. Click on the Request Cancellation button.


2. Read the cancellation policies and input why you're cancelling and click Submit to input your request.

3. At this point, the campground will be notified of your cancellation request and will process it and refund according to their cancellation policy. You'll be notified via email and text once the cancellation and refund (if any) have been processed. Your reservation will reflect the changes once it's processed as well.
